1. Privacy at a Glance

General Information

The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you.

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator, whose contact details can be found in the "Responsible Party" section below.

How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected partly when you provide it to us — for example, data you enter into our onboarding funnel (contact and inquiry form). Other data is collected automatically or with your consent when you visit the website, mainly technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system, or time of page access).

What do we use your data for?
Part of the data is collected to ensure the website is provided without errors. Other data (the information in the onboarding funnel) is used to process your request for a free initial consultation and to prepare our service.

Withdrawal of Your Consent

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent already given at any time. An informal email is sufficient. The lawfulness of data processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

In the event of breaches of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged breach.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format.

Information, Deletion, and Correction

Within the framework of applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data.

SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" in the address bar and the lock symbol.

3. Data Collection on This Website

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of the website).

Onboarding Funnel / Contact Data (Form)

When you answer the questions in our onboarding funnel and submit your contact details (name, email, phone number), your information from the inquiry form is stored to process the request and for any follow-up questions. This data is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS to our own server function and forwarded to us by email (see “Delivery of Form Submissions” below). Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where related to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The data remains with us until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent, or the purpose no longer applies.

4. Analytics Tools and Third Parties

Cookie Consent

Our website uses a cookie banner to obtain your consent before any analytics technology is loaded, and to document that consent in compliance with data protection law. Until you consent, no analytics tool is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. You can either accept everything, or open "Settings" in the banner and decide per category: essential cookies are always active because the site cannot work without them, while "Analytics" controls Microsoft Clarity and is switched off unless you enable it. Choosing "Essential Only" loads nothing beyond what the site needs to function. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be withdrawn at any time by deleting your browser's local data for this site, after which the banner will appear again.

Microsoft Clarity

Subject to your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity, a website analysis service provided by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA ("Microsoft").

Clarity records how visitors interact with our website — mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and page transitions — and aggregates this into pseudonymised session recordings and heatmaps. We use them to understand which parts of the page are actually read, where visitors get stuck, and what we should improve. We do not use Clarity to identify you personally, and we do not merge its data with the details you send us through the contact form.

Clarity sets cookies and uses comparable technologies. The data collected (including your IP address, which Microsoft processes in shortened form, your browser and device information, and the recorded interaction data) is transmitted to Microsoft and may be processed on servers in the USA. That transfer is covered by the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is exclusively your express consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given via our cookie banner and revocable at any time with effect for the future.

Further information on how Microsoft handles your data can be found in the Microsoft Privacy Statement: https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement.

Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads

These services are not currently in use on this website. No Tag Manager container, no Analytics property and no Ads conversion tracking is loaded, and none of them sets cookies here. Should we activate any of them in future, we will update this privacy policy beforehand and load them only after your express consent.

Delivery of Form Submissions

We do not pass your form data to an external form provider. Your entries are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection to our own server function, hosted on Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), and are then delivered to us by email over an encrypted connection so that we can answer your enquiry. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (reliable delivery of enquiries).
